Just upgraded my Dahua 4104P4KS2 NVR to firmware v4 which has the new HTML5(?) interface and noticed I can now no longer access the NVR web interface inside ONVIF Device Manager itself.
I receive the following error:

Error: Unable to get property 'viewport-1012-overflowPadderEl' of undefined or null reference (See screenshot below)
I now need to enable 'Open web in external browser' setting in ONVIF's Application Settings panel which will then provide access to the web interface via my web browser instead (Internet Explorer).
Does anyone know of a fix for this error?
