Tl;dr Which nvr for the latest camera features?

Curious which NVRs are suggested/recommended for the latest camera releases? Specifically, an nvr that can utilize the newer features introduced (ePTZ, thermal, etc). I am currently going to route my cameras to my poe switch, then to a synology nas, but I feel now with six cameras to mount, I would like to isolate my recordings/cameras within their own environment, and keep my nas as a storage device.

The new 5000 -EI series are the latest.
WizSense Series - Dahua International

Though if the camera has the capabilities, I prefer the older now EOL 5000 series.

The difference is the newer NVR has its own AI capabilities for cameras that dont. But you lose a lot of incoming bandwidth capacity when you use the NVR AI

5xxx-EI series... or higher 6xx-XI series...

Only models which have latest AI features (AcuPick).
In latest firmware updates there are catch-up with features from newest cams (Web 5.0 changes in cams, dual light cams)..

These are newest PRO models and they have guaranteed firmware development for minimum next 2 years...
