Dahua NVR iDmss connects over Cellular data but not Wi-Fi

Hi all, I have a Dahua NVR 4104 I helped installed for a friend. We added his NVR into iDmss using P2P. We were only able to connect to the cameras over cellular data. It will not work when he try's to connect on the Wi-Fi network. We have also tried adding the NVR using the local static IP (192.168.1.100).

Had no luck trying another smartphone on Wi-Fi either. Anyone else come across this problem?

When on the wifi network using a browser you can access nvr on 192.168.1.100 ? Whether it is computer/laptop or phone browser?

Phone and NVR must in the same network, otherwise don’t work.

Turns out i actually couldn’t browse to the local ip or add it in smart pss with its static IP. I could ping it but that was all. The hdd drive is also showing as faulty. I have replaced the nvr with a new one for him now
