I'm wondering if it would be worth trying to reset the firmware somehow? Do these machines have a hard reset button, or if not, is shorting out the battery backup momentarily an option?
Another spitballing idea was to disconnect the PoE board. What do you think?

Hey Niiko,
Is it possible to read any identification next to each LED, and list that LED's colour?
For example:
PWR = Blue
HDD = Green
... etc
I've tried to enlist help in the previous comment. I'm sure that someone will have the same NVR and can help.
Have you checked your router to see if the NVR is active on the network? If so, can you access via its IP address? Advise if you need more information regarding this.
