I'm trying to access my recordings but the application is unable to find any highlighted dates recordings even though the hard drive is full. I tried accessing the files by plugging the HDD into my PC but it asked me to format it before actually using it, I didn't format it of course, but after I plugged the HDD back into the NVR the HDD size was now free of space like new. I'm currently coping all the data of the NVR old HDD into a new HDD just in case. Any solutions are welcomed
