Hello, I bought NVR608-64-4KS2 but it won't boot. The drives and the fans all spin, but no activity in the network port and no signal. They think it's the motherboard. Has anybody seen this type of NVR? Maybe it's a connector missing. Thank you for any ideas.IMG_20200408_171537.jpgIMG_20200408_171944.jpgIMG_20200408_171537.jpg

I see all 8 SATA ports are occupied, Did you try to fire it up with the drives disconnected? Is this new out of the box or was it running before?

Check the fans if can work or not, and use configtool to search the NVR's IP address. If can't find the IP the board dead, ask your supplier to replace it.

The fans work. Not detected in config tool and no network activity. There is a female connector near the battery that is not corrected. Thought maybe is a missing cable before switching boards.
