Been trying to figure this out with zero success. I'm using blue iris version 5.9.9..98 x64 (the last v5 version) with my SD49225T PTZ which has always been rock solid. The camera will pan, and tilt but does not zoom - when attempting to do it manually. It does zoom in and out using the BI presets. I started by rebooting the WIn10 PC and restarting BI. Then I tried a variety of other PTZ selections available in BI (even though the current setting has worked fine ((DAHUA/Q-See RTSP). Still no bueno. Searched the forum for a while trying to find a similar issue but came up empty handed. Obviously the PTZ function works, but not manually. Just looking for ideas or similar issues No changes have been made to the software, firmware or hardware for any of the related devices.
