So I have a Dahua NVR and I'm trying to reset the admin password but there's already an email tied to it and the owner doesn't have access to it anymore. I tried using the factory reset button on the motherboard but that's not working, I tried unplugging the NVR, holding the button, plug it back in, held the button for 30 secs but there was no beep and it boot up normally. Is there another way of doing it?
