Dahua ptz not working

I have a Dahua IPC-HDW4100C, while it is not PTZ, the rebooting of the device and toggling IR mode are not working from BI. I have PTZ enabled using option Dahua H.264, have tried the TCP, RTSP and Web port but still no luck. Verified I can login to the web interface of the camera from the BI server with the same username/password and toggle IR mode. Any ideas? I just want to be able to reboot and toggle IR of the camera.
 
Are these features you are wanting working from the cameras browser interface?
 
I would contact BI support to see if there is anything he can help you with on this one. Sounds to me like something in the BI software.
