I hope u can help me with my problem.
My camera: IPC-HDBW5541E-ZE-27135-DC12AC2
NVR DHI-NVR4104-P-4KS2/L
both firmwares are the latest.
My setting is: recording all the time and SMD detection at night (smd alarm). Problem is, that i have a couple of false alarms like walking cat.According to the manuals, camera has SMD 3 and nvr has SMD Plus (camera has the newest version of SMD). I cannot choose type of AI detection in SMD setting. Do u know where i can choose type of SMD?
