Dahua Switch question

I’ve got to go to a site tomorrow. It has a Dahua NVR. They have 16 Cameras on the NVR that uses the plug and play. They then have a Poe switch that I’ve got to replace with a Hikvision switch that’s unmanaged.

What would be the best method? Default the three cameras or use the existing IP address in the new switch?

Assuming those 3 cams have static IP's and are connected to the NVR's LAN, I'd just move them over to the Hikvision (POE?) switch as-is.
