I came across this today. It seems that Dahua now has thermal cameras. I can't find any pricing or a place to buy them, however.
Looks like the -T models support "Temperature Measurement" while the others do not. The 5600 models are 640x512 pixels, and the 5300 models are 336x256 pixels, both dramatically higher than FLIR's $400 thermal IP cam which is only 80x45 pixels.
