Dahua VDP config non existent

Hey guys,

1)I want to update a VTH1550CH to get it to work with 2 VTO2211G-WP outdoor stations.

I received a link from my supplier to a download page for Dahua VDP config and a .bin file, but in toolbox VDP config doesn't seem to exist...

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

2) When I open the dahua interface on my desktop (pc and mac) it keeps asking me "install plugins first", but I cannot find a solution for this (tried a lot of things I found on the web).

I cannot help you about the first question but hopefully with the second one.

Oldie but goldie, have you tried to log on using IE (not Edge)?
In most cases IE works best with Dahua devices.
