Dahua VTO 2111 push notification not working on iOS devices (iphone, ipad)

Hi to all,

I have installed the VTO 2111 door bell from Dahua, and works perfect in Android, with GDMSS Plus, the push notifications arrive in a second!! but for the iPhone and iPad si not working....
Anyone has the same issue?

I have already checked all the notifications to on in the config of the phone and ipad, but not working.

It worked in an iphone 6s plus.... and works fine. I checked the iOS software vesion and is the 13.3.1, the same in the one that does not receive notifications.
