Dahua VTO2000A stopped working push notifications

Hi, about 4 days ago the push notifications stopped working in my VTO2000A,
Coincidentally, that same day the GDMSS Plus app was no longer available in the Google Play Store... I'm sure it has something to do with it.
Now Dahua has centralized everything in the DMSS app, but the push notifications from my VTO2000A doesn't work in DMSS either.

Does anyone know what is going on? I know 5 other cases like me, same VTO.
 
Today it's working again, yesterday I wrote an email to dahua explaining the problem in not very friendly words, and today it's working again...let's call it a fluke.
 
The push notifications only work when there is internet service and their servers are up and running. Like anything, servers can go down from time to time.
 
5 days does seem like a lot. Nobody else had posted push notifications down so maybe it was an issue specific to your location?
