Dahua VTO2201F-P Annoying voice

Hi there,

I have a Dahua VTO2201F-P doorbell. The voice attached to the ring tone has been annoying my family for years.

I don't want to change the ring tone, I want to know if it is possible to remove the voice message at the beginning and end of the tone. Just have Ding Dong.

Does anyone have an answer for this?

I don't have a VTO to know if this is possible....

On some Dahua cameras there is an option to download built-in sound files.
I would download the current ding-dong audio file > run it through Audacity editor to remove the voice > export into the right file format > add new audio file to the device.
