Dahua VTO2211G-P unable to login after changing default port

First post here and it is a cry for help

For whatever reasons, i changed the default IP to 172.x.x.249 and the default port of my VTO2211G-P from 37777 to 5000 and since then i have not been able to login to the web interface

I tried doing a factory reset by pressing the tamper button 4 times and holding on to the tamper button on the fifth press. The account was reinitialized but the static IP and port configured was not changed.

Any help desperately welcomed!

Is it possible that you changed your HTTP port (usually 80) not your TCP port?
Have you tried 172.x.x.249:5000
