Dahua VTO2211G-WP Door Bell not reachable nor port open (supposedly Bricked)

Hi all!
I have Issues with my VTO2211G-WP is not reachable anymore to the web GUI.
The IP can be pinged 192.168.1.108

I tried to reset to factory setting pressing the tamper button (no success) It turns off the device but all the settings are still existing.
The settings for the RFID tags are still present (I can use the RFID tags to open the door) but I cannot reach the WEB GUI.
No ports are open for the Door Bell

Is there any other way to HARD RESET the device, or to overwrite the firmware again (maybe it is broken).

According to the DahauWiki here:

"Factory Default: Press the tamper button five times and hold on the fifth, you'll hear the tamper siren and a quick beep afterward indicating that the reset was successful. Then let go of the tamper button."
 
Did that couple of times the IP address is still .180 has not been reset to default .110 and the RFID tags settings are still present.
I don't know for sure about the VTO but I'd think the default IP is .108 as it is for most Dahua IP cameras, video doorbells, etc.

It states that on page 29 of the user manual here.
