Dahua Wiz-sence SMD reporting ALL motion as "Human" on DMSS App

Hi Guys

I have done 3 installations lately with the same problem.

Dahua Wiz-sence XVR was setup to report Human and/or vehicles when detected but on DMSS all movement like rustling leaves , shadows, birds, dogs, insects and even vehicles are reported as Humans.

This creates hundreds of false alarms each night and during the day.

I have updated the firmware but no improvement. Any suggestions ?

Many here find that SMD doesn't work very well and will spend the extra dollars to get a camera with AI and use the IVS rules instead of MD/SMD.

If your cameras have AI IVS then use that instead.
