I have a new Wizsense N82B2P2 NVR with existing Hikvision cameras that I am trying to configure for human and vehicle detection only. Enabling SMD is giving me exactly what I want as far as detection but it isn't recording any video. I get alerts in the DMSS app but when I go to replay the video there is none, same with playing it back on the actual NVR, it lists whether it is human or motor vehicle but there is no video. I have set it up exactly how the manual describes and watched videos online and cannot figure this out. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
