ddns set up any other settings for my Dahua?

Hello guys,

Im new here, i hope my thread is in the right category.
My english is really not the best, i hope u understand what i mean.
But i really Need you, cause i dont know any solution for my Problem.

Since 4 Months we have a Dahua Recorder and 8 onvif camaras.

At the moment i try to connect from the internet on my Dahua Recorder.
I use quickddns for this. This works without any problems. The Site opened, but i cant login and i dont know why.
It always comes: "registration failed" and not false password..
What you have to know, we have´n Zyxel Router and a special Firewall from "securepoint" the ports are on both devices forwarded.


Do you think it is a setting into the Duhua Recorder, or my Firewall / Router blocks the login?

Not an expert on this subject but some things to check according to my manual:

In the network settings under domain name usually the default domain # is the MAC address of your NVR unless you've put in a custom one. Check that for starters..

After set up did you press the "TEST" button at the bottom...? (This will register your information)

Is your IP address static..?

input your user name and password. (Same as when you log in NVR)
