So today NVR offline alarm going off on camera I have been using for good 5 to 6 years with out fail. It's a company I no longer do business with because of some history with bad tech support. Anyway it's a OEM Hikvision 4mp MVF ai camera. If it was any other camera I would have just junked it. Took it apart and man what a chore lol. Taken PTZ cameras apart with less effort. Anyway thought it might have been Ethernet transformer but it wasn't. After some testing I found the PD controller is bad. Ti TPS2376-H is part number. I will admit with out having a second camera with same circuit board I wouldn't have found the fault yet. Having a camera to test that was good, aided in pointing me to the bad part seeing no Schematic for these things. Placed an order for 5 of them should get next Monday.
