Hi all,

My support information is:
Support data:
Version: Release 5.4.3.10 x64 (4/21/2021)
Support: Basic
Expires: 2/24/2022 6:16:54 PM
OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz [5%]
RAM: 730.6M/31.8G
Clips: 226 items, 19.4G/52.0G
Storage: D: +1.03T, E: +1.88T

I am experiencing issues with memory leaks related to DeepStack AI. I have the latest version installed for Windows which I downloaded here:
Over a short period of time, DeepStack will “spawn” several instances of python.exe which eventually consume all of my system’s virtual ram (sometimes up to 30G). Leading to other programs crashing.

Please advise on potential solutions or if you are having the same issue please let me know.

Best,
Dayton Carter

I have the same symptoms

I also opened ticket to BI, but I think it's not related to DeepStack..

When I disable DeepStack problem is the same sometime BI service will consume all memory and CPU and all programs will crash.

The issue was improved with recent updates, but Blue Iris still uses lots (20+ GB) of "virtual" ram.
