I have a NVR hikvision since 3 weeks. Model 7608 k1.
I activated perimeter detection and it's working very well.
The problem is : I have 3 cameras to integrate with acusense on NVR, and this model only support 2 channel ( setup to 3MP).
I buy a new "i2" version to add my third camera.
And the problems began...
I have issue on playbak in the application. Sometimes the video start directly at : 5 secondes and impossible to rewind to the begin. It starts always to 5 seconds. The analysis log seems good. If I look the previous video, when the application jump to the next video, I have the begining this time... I have natuurally reset the mobile application.
But it's not the major issue.
The most problematic is : The perimter detection.
I tested and the human detection take 2 to 5 seconds. It is not really a problem because I want to use the pre-record option. But it's not working. When I look the video recorder, I have never pre-record. I have tested with 0-5-30 seconds because I have read on this forum it's a shared cache memory used for all channels. Note it's working great on the "k" version, a cheapest model...
I have not issue with my K model (version 4) but impossible to do the same with the I version (version 5).
I do'nt want to use continuous record.
Any idea ?
