DH-SD59225U-HNI alarm track time no more than 15 sec

Hello,

I've tried 2 different firmwares and both will not let me track more than 15 sec.

When i put in 60 sec and save it the next time i log in it stil shows 15 sec.

is there anybody who can help me fix this problem???

I believe you can change that, only in Internet Explorer. It doesn't work in other browsers.

I did try that.
I changed the track time to 60 sec but it will record only 15 sec.

Perhaps the wrong version of IE???????

I have experient the same, I can change it but it doesn't "stick".
I downloaded and tested successfully with duckduckgo for android. Will likely work with other browsers as well but I started testing different solution as Chrome (for android) didn't work.

Ok, i downloaded duckduckgo for android and changed the track time.

I've logged in from home. Camera is at a dirttrack nearby, so will test tomorow.

Hi again,

OK, i found this in the 59225U-HNI manual, in the PTZ-section of the settings. I don't have that camera and this setting is not available in my camera.
Have you checked it?

Further, I assume you checked that the "normal" Auto track conditions are fulfilled in your short recording above -> I.e that the target object is not lost ?

What did the video show? If the subject stopped or was too fast and autotrack didn't keep up, it will quit recording based on your time setting.
