DH-SD59225U-HNI PTZ controls don't seem to work in BI, what is wrong?

I don't know what happened or why the PTZ controls are not working in BI anymore for my DH-SD59225U-HNI . What do you have for your PTZ settings in BI for controlling the PTZ? I am wondering if somehow the choice of cam has changed? I can't remember what I used for that. Thanks.

For my PTZ V4 Works the best check that and see if that helps :)
 
And I have since found that none of my controls for any of my cameras are working with BI. Only when I go directly into the cam do the controls work. I am wondering what happened. I'll check the one setting and see how it works. Thanks.
