Can anyone help please?
I have a newly installed DH-SD6CE230U-HNI which keeps going offline (but can still be pinged) and I have to power-cycle it to get it back online. Weird thing is it is quite regular, with the Web UI and iDMSS dropping out after an almost regular 5 hr 50 min. plus or minus a few minutes. Is this some form of data overflow? it doesn’t matter whether it is powered by POE+ or separate 24AC PSU.
It’s been driving me nuts. My work around is to schedule power off and on automatically every 6 hours.
