Actually none of this works, i put the battery out and it still remembers old accounts, date goes to 01-01-2000 but cant use any password from those threads, its really hard one
 
Ask local distributor to help you. This need a serial port flash to make it back to factory default, need some special device, so have to really keep the registered email.
