does anyone else have this bug with the DHI-NVR4108-P-4KS2 ?

i find that every version of firmware that came after V3.216.0000003.0 Build Date: 2019-05-21 will not let you export a recording file with a specific time period. for example, if i want to export only 2020-01-31 5:35:15 to 2020-01-31 5:47:54, it will export the whole hour of 5:00:00 to 6:00:00 instead of the specific range i specified.
 
i can confirm that even with doing a factory reset, upgrade firmware, factory reset, the problem persists. it even effects the way smartPSS functions on my PC in terms of exporting clips.

i've downgraded to V3.216.0000003.0 Build Date: 2019-05-21 and everything seems to work fine. something wrong with the version 4 firmware.
 
I want to make sure that I'm reading between the lines correctly. Did you load version 4 firmware into the NVR, and then take it back to version 3 firmware? I've been wondering if that was possible.
 
So I'm not alone in this. I have the same weird behaviour. (on a NVR4116HS-4KS2)
It's different for me, mostly it exports less then I specify. (Say I want to export 3 minutes and it only exports 10 seconds or something like that)
For example, today I wanted to export a 2 minute clip; I just had to export an entire hour and edit/cut the video with some video editing software to 2 minutes.

So, @EMPIRETECANDY could you post this to Dahua to fix this?;)
