DHI-NVR5864-4KS2 Keeps resetting and removing all camera configurations.

My DHI-NVR5864-4KS2 for one of my clients keeps on resetting loosing configs and removing cameras. its been going for about 1 month now, Any one facing this ?

Maybe check the logs? Might be curious tinkering type of customer with full admin rights. I did update my similar system about a month ago and some of mine were missing and or rearranged but not common.
