Difference between DS-7616NI-E2/16P and DS-7716NI-SP/16

Can anyone help on this?
 
The main one is you get POE+ ports in SP vs POE in E2, but with that price difference I would just get POE+ switch. Also I2/16P is better in terms of performance even if you don't have 4k cams.

So with the 4mp Hikvisions cameras the I2/16P would be the better unit?

In my experience yes, there was some noticeable gain in the web ui performance especially when I got 5MP camera.
