Dude looked up at 4 second mark but saw nothing, might have had a second to swerve into other lane or go off to clear country side, no time to actually stop in time.
That appears to be a tall class A or class AC motorhome and so I'll wager he was doing 80.

Probably slow because they were looking at the phone as well!
