DMSS Alert playback

Hi All,

Just wondering why the alarm messages/alerts don’t always consistently play back in the DMSS app on my iPhone. For example the front door video (about 20 seconds worth) will occasionally play and other times it just says connection failed like the image below. Any ideas?

Honestly I dont think its the app per se, just that the Dahua cloud that fuels their P2P just isnt great.

Thanks that’s what I thought. I think it may also be network related, particularly during peak times and the system is overloaded. It is what it is, thankfully I can go back to play it and watch it when required, or switch to live view in an instant.
