DMSS is not sending push notifications to my phone

Hi guys. After a recent DMSS update few days ago, the app stopped sending push notifications to my phone. The app registers tripwire and intrusion alarms just fine and creates a message inside the app under messages, but it doesn't push to the phone. My phone is Samsung s24 plus and on the latest update.
Now, under phone's settings/apps/DMSS/notifications are allowed and underneath it says "this app hasn't sent you notifications yet".
Here's what's interesting...
In phone's settings/notifications/apps notifications (choose which apps are allowed to send you notifications) I can't even find DMSS. It's just not there. Every other app is listed, but DMSS. I believe if the app was listed here and if I could turn the button to allowed (like all other apps listed), the problem would be solved.
One more thing to mention... In the DMSS app, under bottom centre message button and then mailbox tab top right, I can see system message titled : DMSS - Update to use Google's New Push Api Notification where it says that push notification will stop working. All we need to do is to resubscribe to notifications and everything would be fine, but it isn't.
For those that haven't read it, I attached photos, along with other photos of this issue.
I tried resubscribing, restarting phone, reinstalling the app, even reverting back to previous app versions and nothing changed.
I'd appreciate any help... Cheers.

I don’t use Google but I think that’s where the problem is.

Make sure “Disable Alarm Linkage” is OFF as shown

Thanks for replying mate.
It is off. I only switch it on if I want to stop alarm going off. All the settings in the app are the same as before the update. I haven't changed a thing and I went over every possible settings and double checked everything.
On that... I think Android phones use Google api. It's not up to me, as far as I know.

So, just wanted to give an update on this. This morning, DMSS app had sent me an intrusion alarm message when my kids went to school. I haven't touched anything and just like that, after few days it started working again. Now the app is visible in notification app list, where it wasn't before.
Everything is fine now. Thanks everyone who tried to help. I'll come and revisit this post if I have any issues moving forward. Cheers.
