DMSS live view problem

Hi Guys,
I have a dahua camera-nvr setup at home for our babysitter. I'm having a problem with the DMSS app on my phone.

MY nvr is connected to a TV and I do not have any problem with the view.
I do not have any problem with my wife's iphone.
But my iPhone live view screen is not normal. The view is already zoomed and I cannot zoom out. I cannot see the whole angle cameras have. Please check the attached jpgs, you'll understand what I mean.

I'll be grateful if you suggest me a solution.

Follow these steps, should resolve issue...

1. Click the camera you are having issues with
2. Click the settings/cog icon top right
3. Go to Stream Settings
4. Click on Live and change it from Sub to Main
5. Do the same for Playback
6. Return to live view, should be resolved

I got an issue DMSS on my phone too. I used to be able to get into my ptz cameras and go between different presets (flag icon). I can still change the zoom and iris but not preset. Says "Device does not support the function." Any clues?
