Hello, i have a Dahua DVR DH-XVR5116HS-I2 and 12 cameras. I set motions alerts on the DVR and they are working good, i can see them from the DVR connecting on my computer with it's IP. The problem is that in the DMSS app, when i receive motions alerts (vehicles and humans) it miss some alerts, seems that DMSS alerts are not connected with the DVR's alerts, but when i try to see what's happened from DMSS camera's playback, if i select MOTIONS (humans or vehicles) i can see them all. I attach some screenshots to make it clear.
I have iOS but i have the same problem on other devices (also Android) of my family who installed it. Some are missing other alerts that i don't miss! It's very strange.
THIS IS WHAT I SEE CONNECTING ON MY COMPUTER ON THE IP OF THE DVR, HERE I CAN SEE ALL ALERTS WITHOUT PROBLEM

...BUT IF ON DMSS I SELECT A CAMERA AND I SELECT PLAYBACK > MOTIONS: HUMANS (OR VEHICLES) I CAN SEE THEM ALL ALSO IF I DIDN'T RECEIVED ON THE DMSS ALERTS
