I have a DaHua VTO2202F-P which was working fine, but recently it is not sending notifications on my mobile running iOS when someone is at the door.
I have noticed that I can see the Live view without any problem, but when someone rings the doorbell on the DMSS it is giving a timeout and cannot see any video until the doorbell stops ringing.
Anyone has any idea on what could I do to solve the issue? Do I need to open some ports on my router, as I never opened any ports and it still worked via P2P?
