DMSS tripwire & intrusion (with human object filter) not working for 5442 series

Hi all

I've been running my system for 4 years now without any issues.
I have a few cameras without AI and some with AI (5442 series).
I noticed a few weeks ago that the DMSS app (iphone and android) has failed to push notify for tripwire and intrusion with the human object filter being ticked.
Has anyone had this issue as well? I have tried rebooting my NVR but seems like the issue still lapses.

Click in to live view on a camera in DMSS. At the top right is the settings button—> notifications—>verify notifications is on and trip wire is selected. Do this in each camera. If it is already like this, try turning notifications off—>close DMSS—> then turn notifications and trip wire back on.
