DNS ERROR ? What does it mean how do i get rid of it?

Testing several IP CAMS mainly Ovis Dahua 1-4mp Small domes and bullet cams

Im able to get half working but and change the IP address etc but on others i get this error: DNS ERROR



and a black screen when logging on via IE !

any ideas help appreciated

IM thinking ive some bad cameras?

as i can work some and change IP and see images etc but the other half i get the DNS ERROR?

Try Pale Moon 32bit browser instead of IE.
