Do Foscam cameras still support CGO commands on the new models?

I saw that someone posted on another forum (Home Assistant) that in the newest models of Foscam cameras (specifically the SD4) the Web settings interface has been replaced by Foscam VMS. Not a real big deal since the old web interface was pretty problematic for the older models.

But it's unclear if the cameras still support CGI commands.

Does anyone know definitively if the cameras still support CGI commands?

I just purchased an V5EP camera. The web interface is no more and has been replaced with a screen saying they're providing better service by not providing a web interface. The cameras does support the CGI commands but the documented commands are actually somewhat limited. Foscam leaves a lot out.

Instead of just responding to a request for information regarding a couple of commands that are missing, Foscam wants an SDK application form and NDA completed! I've not been impressed either by the camera's capabilities (compared to Dahua / Amcrest) or Foscam's documentation and support.
