I am currently facing a compatibility challenge with surveillance cameras I recently acquired from Amazon, specifically the Funxwe 8MP 4K UHD 30X Optical Zoom Auto Tracking PTZ IP Camera. The issue revolves around ONVIF compatibility with my Avigilon Network Video Recorder (NVR), and I am reaching out to this knowledgeable community in the hope of finding a solution.
As of my current firmware version (V22), the compatibility issues persist. I have visited the manufacturer's website at IPCAM in search of firmware updates but, unfortunately, have not found any relevant information.
