Saw this camera today, its a new install, they look like they have five lens in the one casing. Does anyone know the manufacturer?

Not surprised.
Pelco isn't something I would use on my home.
Pelco, IndigoVision and a few other brands are owned by Motorola solutions which primary puts their focus into Avigilon cameras.
They are heavy focused on installers. They do not sell direct to the consumer, they are sold as an installation service to a consumer/business.
Management software is oriented to commercial premisses as well.

Those are sold to businesses and government entities by installers. You don’t want to go anywhere near them.
The sensor sizes are terrible too. A 1/3.2” at f/2.0+. Yuck.
