Does anyone know what O-STD is?

Hi,

I was comparing prices and features on some hikvision models and I see some curious variations pop up.

For instance,
DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3(C0)(S6)
This product has EAN: 6941264098386
vs
DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3(C0)(O-STD)(S 6)(C)
Which has EAN: 6931847136918

These variations occurs within the same online shops in Europe.
Tried to ask one of them about the difference, but no answer in 3 days, so thought I would check with the highly experienced crowd here!
 
O-STD seems to occur on many hikvision products, however, I noticed that

DS-MH2311/32G/GLE(C)(O-STD)

Hikvision DS-MH2311/32G/GLE(C)(O-STD) DS-MH2311(C)
www.hikvision.com www.hikvision.com

At the bottom there, it says "DS-MH2311/32G/GLE(C)(India-STD)"

Could this have something to do with regions?
