Does the SMD 4.0 version increase the reliability/accuracy of the IVS rules?

Hi All,

With SMD 4.0 being released I was wondering if the SMD version will improve the accuracy of IVS rules?

I would have thought it would use the same database to reference when detecting a human or vehicle using AI?
