Doorbell for the new house

Hello everybody,
we have new house with prepared wires for doorbell, but I don't know which doorbell should I choose. We have preparation for 2 intercoms (maybe I would like to use tablet for other usages at home) What I require:

• PoE can be
• Wifi can be
• no cloud storage (this is MUST)
• Onvif can be
• has android/ios application (used on tablet on wall)

I found some hikvision doorbells, they offer their intercoms and I'm not sure, if it will work when I just install door station. Doorbird can be also possibility, but it costs around 400euro and notifications pop up only on one device (I've read, so I'm not 100% sure).
What would you offer to me?

Is it possible to use this dahua door station without indoor intercom and use tablet, with home assistant? How does ringing work in that case?
