Doorbell to replace aiphone jo-dv

I have a aiphone doorbell / intercom that has died. Ideally Id like to replace it with a Dahua system that I can also connect up to my NVR.

The challenge is the jo-dv intercom panel on my front wall is 180mm * 100mm. From what I can see the Dahua replacement is quite a bit smaller and it will leave visible holes.

Does anyone know of a intercom kit that has a large'ish outdoor panel, and I could connect up to my Dahua NVR?

Probably going to need something like a blank vertical address plaque. Then mount the new doorbell camera to it.



While not aesthetic, I simply used a metal single gang box blank.

Or have a sheet metal shop cut you an aluminum panel to mount where the old intercom was then mount the new one to it. Most can cut a square or rectangular hole in the middle if needed. Stainless steel is even better but a lot more expensive.

This company in Melbourne prices a 200mm x 120mm x 5mm thick custom-cut aluminum panel at $58. That's for mill finish, some shops offer anodizing.
