Drive by shooting! Why you should always have continuous recording for LPR cameras

This was a random shooting incident that happened to a couple houses on my street. I was the only one with cameras that caught it. Unfortunately I didn't have the LPR cameras that captured the plate pictures set to continuous recording so I couldn't get their faces inside their vehicles when they were driving toward the cameras (they are set to take plate snapshots in 'reverse'). I am getting blue iris setup now just to fix that.

The vehicle doesn't currently show up as stolen and the Ohio plates match the vehicle.

Another possible scenario, at least from the footage you shared, could be someone shot at the Acura and they fled. I've seen some crazy road rage incidents on residential streets.

Either way someone the cops should try to talk to.

6 shots on 1 video going away from the cam, and 7 coming towards the camera going the other way. WDF....
all mine are on 24/7 with motion, but sometimes you get an anomalous glitch when you need it to be perfect...As I found out at the Condo job.
was nice to have more than 1 audio source and video source in some scenes.
