DS-2CD2035-I ftp problem

I buy this ip cam from ebay. This ip cam received by me yesterday from ebay seller. I try to upload a picture on my ftp account and i have problem with field of username.
First cam has this software as show in pricture one and settings in ftp is in picture 2.

Problem is that field of user name can accept-fill only 16 character but my ftp account username is more 19 character. My user name is weather@bwebnet.eu
i sent email at seller on ebay to help me with this but not yet news...
Is anybody with the same problem and if anybody can tell me sollution for this...
is problem of software of ip cam?

Yes mine are the same 16 character limit for FTP user name. Whereas on my 2xx2 cameras the limit is 32 characters. Don't know why Hikvision did that one.

The limit is client side though so you can probably override it with some javascript changes. Or you could try setting it via the SDK free client which might not have the same restrictions.

No idea if bypassing client side character limit would actually result in a working FTP login though in practice.
