DS-2CD2142FWD-IWS 4mp help please

I have 2 x DS-2CD2142FWD-IWS -In SADP tool they come up as not encoding see pic
In the IVMS client I can add them in device management but cannot view them, which is my question, why is this happening?


I can log direct into the ip and view the camera and change settings etc. But IVMS no luck, I cannot view anything.

When I go to network view in windows these come as cameras whereas my other hikvision gear comes up as little "other devices" icons

Have I got a chinese copy cat dud?

Any suggestions?
