Have anyone tried to use this camera connected as a webcam? I don't own one. But if someone can tell me if it's possible and that the image actually is good it would be really interesting.

well, by definition an IP-based cam is a webcam. what is your intended use case?

Personal use. Inappropriate use. Just streaming myself cleaning my room and watering my flower.... Thanks for your response though

Well on a serious note. I wanted to know if it can be detected in Windows or Mac for use with for example Skype etc?

nope, not natively anyhow..

you'd need a usb webcam or a 3rd party program to hack the windows camera system.. ive used them to hack in gif loops to fake a webcam, im sure it'd be possible to take another video source entirely.
